My name is Alex Huang and I love what I do. There’s something about web design that invigorates me and keeps me wanting more. I believe in making the web a better place for all by creating unique and compelling user experiences. By doing so, I hope to work with great clients and fulfill my passion and desire for web design.
I’ve been a web designer for 8 years, professionally for 5 years, and I’ve never stopped learning. My belief is that you should never lose the desire to learn and better yourself in your craft. I have worked at several startups over the years and have helped them gain stronger web presence through good web design. I’ve worked with sites that needed a facelift and sites that needed a complete overhaul. In either case I’ve taken on the challenge with fortitude and achieved excellent results.
So what is it that makes me tick? I love good, clean interfaces with slick-looking graphics and messaging. A good website needs to have an even balance of elements on the page. It should make you feel at ease, but compelling enough for you to dig in. The site should be intuitive so that the user should not need to think about what they are supposed to do. Lastly, it should look exciting and effortless all at the same time. If the user says to themselves, “I wouldn’t design it any other way,” then you have succeeded.
